NIA Backs Creation Of New Government And Industry Board
The National Insulation Association (NIA) has welcomed the proposal to establish a joint Government and industry board which was announced as part of the Government’s Low Carbon Construction Plan launched earlier today.

The board will provide the framework for the development of a low carbon construction delivery plan to decarbonise the built environment by 2050.
Neil Marshall, Chief Executive of the NIA, commented: “The creation of the board is welcomed by the insulation industry and we look forward to working with the Government in developing a plan to insulate Britain’s housing stock.
“The development of a robust plan is extremely important to the insulation industry and will enable companies to formulate business and investment plans to support the achievements of the Governments climate change targets.”
