VIP Day coming shortly
Red Rhino Crushers are planning on holding a VIP day for current and prospective customers. Here Red Rhino will be holding working demonstrations of all their crushers showing them in their real working environment. Prospective owners of a Red Rhino crusher will be given the chance to view the crusher in action as well as discussing their own individual requirements with one of the Red Rhino team
Business to date
Red Rhino crushers are really bucking the trend of the recession. The business has grown by 35% from last year with crushers being sold into new markets and countries all the time. Just recently Red Rhino sold a 5000 series crusher into Russia where it will be used as part of the Moscow urban regeneration programme.
Red Rhino recently attended the JCB Waste and Recycling event where they performed live demonstrations in the arena display area.
Here the 7000 series performed along side other crushers and excavators and showed the VIP customers what the Red Rhino crusher could do in this market place. Red Rhino crushers are a serious heavyweight contender to handling this type of waste.
It was very clear for all to see that Red Rhino is a serious crusher option in a demanding demolition and recycling market.
Each Red Rhino is more than equipped to handle all of the rigours that even the most hospitable situation throws at it.
Jason Purllant from Red Rhino noted that one visitor commented “that it was great to see a British designed and built crusher performing in this environment and with such impressive results”
With well over 600 VIP customers able to see first hand how good both the 5000 and the 7000 series have become, the future certainly looks “rosey” Red for the Rhino crusher in the demolition and recycling world.
Outlook and the future
It just makes financial sense to crush your concrete as well as preserving our environment. Owning a crusher will offer you the chance to earn money by hiring it out, save money on your own jobs and more importantly look after the environment we live in
The UK only recycles 10% of all the waste it produces compared to Denmark who recycle 90%.
Rising landfill tax has increased fly tipping
Recent statistics have shown that as the cost of landfill has risen alongside the rising fuel cost, flying tipping has risen accordingly. This is unacceptable!
The cost to the tax payer is huge as councils are forced to send lorries to retrieve the waste from farm gateways and tracks around the countryside. This cost is immeasurable but must be estimated at being nearly £150million of taxpayers money. We cannot allow fly tipping to happen when there is a financially viable alternative to the owner of the rubble.
As a house holder or business you are responsible for what happens to your waste even after it has left your premises. You must pass it on to your local authority or a waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency. If you do not take reasonable steps to do this you could be prosecuted which could lead to a fine of £50,000 or worse a prison sentence.
